Q: How do I register for camp ?

A: The registration is online. Go to the Southeastern region’s website, www.miendongnam.org, under the tab “Sa Mac / Camp Info,” you can find a link to the registration form.  

Q: How do I pay for camp ?

A: All payment are processed through Paypal. Send us the corresponding payment to the instructed email address, miendongnamtntt@gmail.com, also found on the online form.

Q: What if I do not have Paypal ?

A: We encourage you to ask someone you trust (a fellow youth leader from your local Chapter) to submit the payment on your behalf. If this is not an option, you can also send us a physical check, though doing so may delay your registration process. If this is what you prefer, please send us an email to receive instructions.

Q: When is payment due ?

A: Payment is due immediately after your registration is submitted. Your registration will NOT be completed until the payment is received. Your registration will be dropped to the waitlist to reserve for other applicants.

Q: How do I submit the verification for my active status at the local chapter ?

A: Your chapter’s president will receive a follow-up email from the organizing committee with all of your info after registration has been closed. They will be responsible for verifying your status.

Q: How about me, I'm a Priest/Brother/Sister and I want to attend camp ?

A: We are honored to have you with us! Please also follow the registration process above AND clearly state that you are a Chaplain (Cha Tuyên Uý) OR Chaplain Assistant (Trợ Uý).

Q: What if I can not make it to camp ? What is the cancellation policy ?

A: That's unfortunate and we understand. However, we ask that you let us know in a timely manner.

If cancellation is noticed before June 15th, you will receive a full refund.

If cancellation is noticed between June 15th - July 1st, you will receive a 50% refund.

NO refund after July 1st.
